Documenting user consent according to GDPR
In this article we will talk about our approach to documenting user consent in Klaro and Kodex. We will discuss the challenges of keeping reliable consent records and the ability to demonstrate that consent was given, which is especially tricky when dealing with website visitors and other persons that are not easily identifiable during processing.

Don't Roll Your Own Privacy Tools
"Don't roll your own crypto" is a strong warning that is often given by experienced cryptographers when advising people on how to implement (or better not implement) cryptographic methods in practice: In a nutshell, it means that it's probably not a good idea to implement your own, custom cryptographic methods, at least if you're not an experienced cryptographer. So if that's true, should we roll our own privacy tools like many people do now?
